Nexra Privacy Policy

Version 1.1Effective 2026-02-06

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexra and R & S Consulting Services Pty Ltd collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in connection with our website, services, and recruitment activities.

1. Information Collection

Nexra collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with us. This includes information you submit through enquiry forms, candidate registration forms, resume and document uploads, contact forms, and any subsequent correspondence. We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website (for example IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, and pages accessed).

For the purposes of this Policy, "Nexra", "we", "us" or "our" includes the trading name "Nexra", R & S Consulting and Development Services Pty Ltd, and any subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, contractors, service providers, successors and assigns associated with the operation of Nexra.

2. Candidate Information Handling

When you register as a candidate or submit a resume, you authorise Nexra to collect, store, review, share with prospective clients, and otherwise use the information you provide for the purpose of identifying current and future engagement opportunities. This includes (without limitation) your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, skills, availability, rate preferences, references, work eligibility status, and the contents of any documents you upload.

You acknowledge that submitting your information constitutes consent for Nexra to retain that information in our talent community for the duration set out in Section 11 and to use it for the purposes set out in this Policy.

3. Client Information Handling

When you contact us as a representative of an organisation, we collect your name, contact details, employer details, role, and the substance of your enquiry or engagement. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, deliver services to your organisation, manage the client relationship, and for related business purposes including invoicing, reporting and analytics.

4. Resume and Document Storage

Documents you upload (including resumes, portfolios, certificates and supporting materials) are stored in secure cloud object storage. Access to those documents is restricted to authorised Nexra personnel and contractors who require access for the purposes set out in this Policy. We do not sell uploaded documents to third parties.

5. Talent Pool Management

By registering with Nexra you consent to your profile being added to our talent pool. Your profile may be reviewed by Nexra personnel against current and future opportunities (whether or not those opportunities have been formally announced), and may be shared on a confidential basis with prospective clients where there is a reasonable match. You may request removal from the talent pool at any time by contacting us (see Section 16).

6. Future Opportunity Matching

Nexra retains candidate information for the purpose of matching against future opportunities. We may contact you regarding such opportunities by email, phone or other channels you have provided. You may opt out of such communications at any time, however opting out may limit our ability to put you forward for relevant engagements.

7. Service Delivery

We use the personal information we collect to deliver our services, including program and project delivery, business analysis, technology, testing and transformation services. This may involve sharing relevant information with our employees, contractors, partners and clients on a need-to-know basis, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

8. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyse usage, and improve the website experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may use analytics providers (for example, privacy-respecting page analytics) to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifying information is sold to advertising networks.

9. Third Party Service Providers

We rely on a limited number of trusted service providers to operate our platform, including cloud hosting, object storage, transactional email delivery, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not authorise these providers to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, audit logging, secure software development practices, and ongoing review of our security posture. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, including for the duration of any active engagement, to comply with legal obligations, and to support future opportunity matching. Candidate profiles are generally retained for an indefinite period unless removal is requested. Where information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

12. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request removal from our talent pool, and to opt out of further communications. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Cross-Border Processing

Nexra is based in Australia and our primary data storage is located in Australian cloud regions where reasonably practicable. Some of our service providers may process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this Policy and Australian privacy requirements.

14. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose personal information where we are required or permitted to do so by law, including in response to court orders, valid subpoenas, lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Nexra, our clients, candidates, employees, or others.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexra (including R & S Consulting and Development Services Pty Ltd and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, contractors, service providers, successors and assigns) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, your submission of information to us, or your reliance on the contents of this Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

16. Contact Information

If you have any questions, concerns or requests in relation to this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, please contact us at: admin@nexra.com.au.

17. Future Business Expansion Protection

This Policy extends to all current and future business activities, products, services, brands, websites and engagement channels operated by Nexra, R & S Consulting and Development Services Pty Ltd, and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, successors and assigns. We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal obligations or other factors. The current version of the Policy is always available on this website and supersedes any prior version.
